We are seeking a
Sales Operations Specialist
to keep their sales engine running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of sales operations—managing contracts, maintaining CRM integrity, and ensuring flawless documentation that supports strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage contracts, work orders, and compliance documentation
Maintain accurate records in CRM and business systems
Review contract rates and reconcile data with Finance
Monitor accounts receivable and assist with resolution
Provide administrative support for proposals and bids
Generate reports and ensure data consistency across platforms
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Sales, Marketing, or related field
Strong organizational and analytical skills
High proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot or NetSuite) and Excel
Minimum 3 years in an administrative or operations support role
