As a

Project Coordinator for CRM projects , you are the driving force behind the successful implementation of modern CRM solutions for our clients. You manage projects from A to Z, overseeing planning, budget, and scope, and coordinating both client and internal teams toward a successful outcome.

You will work on multiple CRM projects simultaneously, for clients in various industries. Today you may be guiding an international player in the pharmaceutical sector, and tomorrow you could be supporting an innovative retail scale-up. Variety and dynamism are key elements you’ll encounter every day in this role.

After an in-depth onboarding by our CRM experts, you will take on your role independently and be responsible for:

Coordinating and managing CRM implementations for clients

Creating and monitoring project plans, deadlines, and budgets

Leading functional and technical teams (consultants, developers, integration specialists)

Acting as the central point of contact for clients and managing expectations

Identifying risks and taking proactive action when needed

Organizing and facilitating workshops, demos, and status meetings

Ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of project deliverables

Supporting change management and user adoption for clients

Reporting progress to internal and external stakeholders

Must-have:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in IT, Business, or Management

At least 2 years of experience as a project coordinator or project manager in CRM projects

Strong knowledge of CRM solutions and project methodologies

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Client-focused, strong communicator, and solution-oriented

Comfortable working in a multi-project environment

Willing to visit clients on-site 2 to 3 days per week

Valid driving license (Category B)

Excellent command of English

Nice to have:

Fluent in French

Affinity with digital transformation and IT systems

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Commercial flair – able to spot opportunities with clients
