Join Mercy as a Patient Service Representative (PSR) – the first point of contact for patients and visitors. The PSR ensures a positive, seamless patient experience by managing front desk operations and workflows.
Position Details Location: Mercy Clinic Towers A & B, 621 S New Ballas Rd, Saint Louis, Missouri 63141. 32+ hours per pay period (PRN days). Employment type: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities • Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors.
• Manage front desk operations and workflows.
• Attend Clinic Core Front Desk Training through Clinical Education.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
One year of applicable medical office experience preferred.
Current PSRs moving to Advanced title must complete both PSR and Advanced PR competencies before promotion.
