Team Leader Responsibilities
Ensure Android/Avancez systems are properly used in production. Enhance production team performance through training, facilitating, communicating, and supporting them to achieve safety, quality, attendance, and production goals. Promote Android/Avancez philosophies and values. Create and maintain a safe work environment. Support the line supervisor to maintain a safe and organized production area with clear responsibilities and deliverables for each associate. Train, audit, and enforce safety practices to achieve zero injuries. Audit and encourage adherence to all production and quality systems. Promote a continuous improvement culture to deliver defect‑free products and world‑class first‑time quality. Assist the supervisor with line or product problem‑solving, communicating and acting to make appropriate decisions. Help the team meet daily production targets and customer expectations. Monitor the OSR. Education and Experience
High School diploma. 3+ years of sequencing experience. Travel
Required: No. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Effective leadership and interpersonal skills. Independent leadership with ability to transition to team player when needed. Knowledge of commodities and customer requirements. Sense of urgency and the ability to work in a rapid‑paced environment. Ability to prioritize tasks based on company and customer goals. Exceptional people skills.
