Job Description
Join our team at Olsson and take your career in civil engineering to the next level! We are looking for a highly motivated and collaborative civil engineer EIT with experience or interested in roadway and transportation engineering to work on challenging projects in urban and rural roadways, multimodal paths, and larger highways/interchanges.
As a member of our roadway team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of transportation‑related projects and work alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering high‑quality results. You will be responsible for providing basic project design through CAD drafting, performing research and writing technical reports, and traveling to job sites for observation, as needed.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, with an emphasis in transportation preferred.
A minimum of 2 or more years of related engineering experience.
Experience with MicroStation OpenRoads Designer or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Knowledge of local municipal and DOT standards and procedures.
