Job Title: CNC MachinistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Machinist near the Eureka and EL Paso area with expertise in CNC Machining, including CNC Turning Lathes, Vertical Machining Centers, and Horizontal Machining Centers. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of quality standards and have extensive knowledge of raw materials used in metal manufacturing. The ability to independently set up machines, select appropriate tooling, and perform quality checks using hard gauges is essential.ResponsibilitiesIndependently set up CNC machines.Select tooling required for manufacturing parts.Perform quality checks using hard gauges.Understand and apply GD&T principles.Make adjustments within CNC control programs.Perform changeovers and setups on CNC machines.Use overhead cranes to move materials.Essential SkillsMinimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.Proficiency in CNC Machining and Blueprint Reading.Understanding of GD&T and ability to use hard gauges.Experience with CNC controls and program adjustments.Additional Skills & QualificationsLeadership communication and scheduling planning.Computer skills and manufacturing process knowledge.Experience in fabrication, brake press, and welding.Aspiration to become a lead in the future.Why Work Here?Join a well-run organization known for its conservative values and integrity in leadership.
