We are currently looking for a Full-Time 7:30am-3:30pm Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to add to our team to support our 14 Bed Sub-Acute Care Facility. Staff on this unit enjoy low staff-to-resident ratios ensuring staff safety and positive care outcomes.
A Certified Nursing Assistant's (CNA) Day at Medford Leas:
Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are responsible for enhancing the resident activities of daily living while they recover at our facility. While at our facility Certified Nursing assistants (CNAs) provide compassionate care and prompt assistance to the residents needs. Ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect.
Scheduling: In order to ensure work/life balance Medford Leas provides all Full-Time certified nursing assistants (CNAs) with a set schedule that operates on a 2-week rotation.On the Weekends you are required to work there is a Weekend Pay Differential.

Requirements
A valid/unexpired Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License is REQUIRED for this position
Sub-Acute/Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required
Willing to receive a flu vaccination annually

- Competitive Pay Structure. $20.00 to $22.50/hr to Start (depending on experience) and pay advancement potential depending on annual performance.
