nPosition Summary:
nWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead complex specialty projects from inception through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dynamic scopes, and delivering innovative solutions under tight deadlines and high expectations.

Project Leadership: Plan, manage, and execute specialty projects from initial proposal through final delivery.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary client liaison, translating regulatory requirements, site conditions, and client goals into clear, actionable project plans.

Budget & Timeline Management: Develop project budgets, schedules, and resource plans; track costs and timelines to ensure successful delivery.

Team Coordination: Lead multidisciplinary teams including but not limited to environmental engineers, field crews, subcontractors, equipment operators.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and adapt to shifting priorities or scope changes.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet company standards and client expectations.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough project documentation, reports, change orders, and post-project evaluations.

Requirements:

5+ years of project management experience in demolition, environmental remediation, hazardous material abatement, site decommissioning, or related construction and specialty contracting fields.

Proven ability to manage projects with unique, non-standardized scopes
n n - n
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, budgeting, and scheduling tools etc.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Ability to work on-site when required and adapt to hands-on, fast-paced environments (Travel - Required)

Bachelor-s degree in project management, Environmental Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience managing demolition, abatement, or environmental remediation projects. Extensive field experience in demolition, environmental remediation, or hazardous materials abatement in lieu of, or in addition to, a degree in Project Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Preferred Experience:

Experience interpreting CAD drawings, structural design specifications, and environmental site plans to support demolition sequencing, abatement strategies, and remediation workflows.

Familiarity with technical field operations and production processes related to demolition, environmental remediation, hazardous material handling, and site preparation.

Experience managing projects involving specialized demolition techniques, custom containment systems, or technical environmental remediation builds.

PMP certification or equivalent experience is preferred
