A well-established, physician-led neonatal practice is seeking experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join a collaborative team providing high-quality care in a Level III NICU located in Macon, Georgia . This role offers the opportunity to practice in a supportive environment that values teamwork, autonomy, and excellence in neonatal care.
Position Highlights24/7 in-house NNP coverage within a collaborative, team-based care model
Work closely with a group of Neonatologists who prioritize communication, autonomy, and shared clinical decision-making
Modern NICU with strong interdisciplinary and respiratory therapy support
Opportunity to practice at the top of license in a well-structured neonatal program
Participate in daily NICU patient rounds with the neonatology team
Provide support to the newborn nursery as needed
Attend and manage high-risk deliveries with neonatologist backup and a dedicated resuscitation team
Perform advanced NICU procedures, including:
Endotracheal intubation
Umbilical line placement (UAC/UVC)
Chest tube or pigtail catheter insertion
Lumbar punctures
Salary Range: $120,000 $190,000 (commensurate with experience)
