Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in San Francisco, California. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders while balancing hands‑on data tasks and reporting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and reporting solutions to meet business needs.
• Create and manage Looker dashboards to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely insights.
• Investigate data trends and anomalies to support operational, business, and client requirements.
• Manage and prioritize incoming tasks in a sprint-based environment to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements, define timelines, and align deliverables.
• Deliver ongoing analytics and reporting support using tools such as Looker and Tableau.
• Maintain a balance between stakeholder engagement and hands‑on data analysis responsibilities.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity while handling large datasets and creating impactful visualizations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Engineer, or Data Engineer.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards and handling analytics workflows using tools like Looker and Tableau.
• Strong ability to write and execute SQL queries for data analysis.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Experience supporting analytics use cases for internal or client‑facing projects.
• Hands‑on experience working in agile or sprint‑based team environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to independently manage timelines and priorities.
