Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-C) to join our dynamic team at E-Therapy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing speech and language therapy services to students in PreK-12 schools under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Assist in conducting comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities. Contribute to the development of individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs. Provide direct therapy services to students, addressing areas such as articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills. Implement evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions to promote speech and language development. Support the licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in monitoring students' progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed. Assist in documenting therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner. Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide support as directed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist. Qualifications Qualifications: Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist Valid state licensure in state in which you work AND in which you reside or (eligibility for licensure upon completion of your CCCs).(depending on the state laws and regulations) ASHA certification required or (upon your CCCs) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Passionate about working with K-12 students Knowledge of assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology. Familiarity with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and other assistive technology used in speech-language therapy (preferred).
