The Recruiting Manager plays a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring talent that can operate in this highly technical, deadline-driven, and compliance-intensive environment. This role will support the Critical Infrastructure Solutions Business Unit (CIS-BU) at M.C. Dean. CIS is responsible for the design, integration, and implementation of low voltage telecommunications infrastructure in mission-critical environments. This unit plays a key role in ensuring seamless connectivity and communication across highly secure and operationally intensive facilities, including data centers, hospitals, and airports. CIS-BU Focused Business Services Low Voltage System Integration: Specializing in the physical layer deployment of structured cabling systems, including copper and fiber-optic infrastructure. Data Center Enablement: Building out end-to-end cabling pathways that link core network switches, servers, and storage systems, enabling robust, high-speed data transmission. Healthcare Infrastructure Support: Deploying secure, standards-compliant cabling systems within hospitals to support clinical, administrative, and emergency response systems. Aviation & Transportation Systems: Installing telecommunications cabling to support command centers, security systems, passenger information systems, and operations within airports and transit facilities. Technical Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all infrastructure meets industry codes, standards (such as TIA/EIA and BICSI), and project-specific specifications, including security and EMI mitigation. Scalable and Resilient Deployments: Implementing solutions that are future-ready, modular, and capable of supporting evolving bandwidth and reliability demands. The Role We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter with in-depth understanding of telecommunications engineering & construction to join our Critical Infrastructure Solutions (CIS) business unit. As part of the (CIS) Strategic Business Unit, you will be part of a team providing systems design, construction, installation & commissioning services. This role reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and collaborates closely with project teams. Work Type:

Must possess U.S. Work Authorization Responsibilities Recruit, develop, and maintain a candidate pipeline for Telecommunications Engineering, Project Leadership, Superintendent positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to key roles. Utilize targeted sourcing methods to identify potential candidates. Source, engage, and hire electrical designers, engineers, and other critical roles. Follow OFCCP compliant talent acquisition processes. Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future openings. Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the process. Stay current with industry trends to enhance recruitment tactics. Attend events targeted at recruiting construction leaders. Lead by example with integrity, grit, empathy, and organization. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with HR and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence. Leverage data to monitor metrics and optimize processes. Other duties as required. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the engineering & construction industry focused on Life Safety & Fire Alarm. Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
