Agile Decision Sciences, a wholly owned subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a SharePoint Developer (US Citizenship required) to support the US Coast Guard (Aviation Logistics Center, Business Operations Division - ALC BOD) in Elizabeth City, NC. Education/Experience US Citizenship and ability to pass a government background investigation required. Associate’s degree in a technical or related field, or at least an Information Technology (IT) Software Development Certification. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in development and implementation of moderate to complex workflow systems, with strong SharePoint development skills; Power Platform experience is a plus. Minimum of three (3) years of experience with HTML, JQuery, Web Services, and SharePoint Designer. At least four (4) years of experience managing customer requirements. Experience working with end users and all personnel levels for requirements gathering and application/system development. Responsibilities Support ALC BOD Web Portal and applications, including development, maintenance, enhancement, testing, documentation, training, and data integration. Develop, maintain, and enhance applications per division and USCG standards and policies. Create workflows for business processes, test workflows, and develop test scenarios. Provide classroom and one-on-one training based on customer needs. Document progress and manage requests through workflow stages. Create and maintain electronic routing and document policies, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with system users and POCs during application development and testing. Gather testing results, review, and implement necessary fixes. Meet with customers to discuss requests, enhancements, and system issues.
