Responsibilities Develop algorithms and controllers in embedded-C for battery management and energy distribution applications for our fleet. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and integrate vehicle-wide functions. Write automated tests for software components using unit, SIL, and HIL tests. Create scalable architectures considering Functional Safety, DFMEAs, and software reliability. Participate in technical meetings to review feature design and performance. Help develop test plans to meet design and validation goals. Participate in code reviews during development sprints. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Experience programming in C or C++ for embedded systems. Experience integrating hardware and software for sensors, batteries, or peripherals. Knowledge of communication protocols such as LIN, CAN, or DOLp. Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn. Compensation & Benefits Salary ranges vary by location, e.g., Irvine, CA: $107,000 - $133,700; Palo Alto, CA: $116,300 - $145,400.
