Qualifications Master’s Degree in Nursing 5 years bedside nurse Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects simultaneously. Attention to Detail: Ensuring that all accreditation documentation is accurate and complies with the required standards. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with accrediting agencies, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop solutions to meet accreditation requirements. Analytical Skills: Ability to assess processes and make data-driven decisions to improve practices and compliance.
