Job Responsibilities: Collect data for large-scale construction programs and prepare reports on program health, cost, and schedule using eBuilder. Oversee work of consultants and client staff. Coordinate with stakeholders to design and deliver program reports. Track budgets, change orders, contracts, and compliance. Prepare financial reports on project expenditures. Design workflows and folder structures to optimize eBuilder use. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned. Train others on software use. Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years of related experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office. eBuilder Admin certification. Must pass JMT's Motor Vehicle screening. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering. Knowledge of budget preparation and monitoring. Compensation and Benefits: Salary range is $140,000 - $150,000, based on experience.
