This role offers an opportunity to shape cloud-native architecture, guide cross-functional delivery, and support enterprise-grade analytics ecosystems across major industries. What You Will Do: Lead the design and implementation of scalable data platforms—including data lakes, real-time streaming, APIs, and self-service analytics environments. Guide teams in building robust pipelines and analytical infrastructure using modern tools and frameworks. Collaborate cross-functionally to define analytics roadmaps, instrumentation, and KPIs. Oversee platform reliability, compliance, access controls, and monitoring. Own end-to-end delivery of projects while managing agile workflows across multiple engineering tracks. What You Will Need: 8–12+ years of experience in engineering, including at least 3 years in leadership roles. Experience in designing and scaling cloud data infrastructure on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and backend architecture (Java, Scala, or Kotlin). Experience with orchestration and data engineering tools such as dbt, Airflow, Kafka, and Databricks. Leadership experience in guiding engineering teams and mentoring across multiple delivery tracks. Experience with regulatory environments (HIPAA, SOC2) or complex enterprise systems is a plus.
