A well-established private pediatric dental practice located in beautiful Newport, Oregon is seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Dentist to join our dedicated and patient-focused team. *About the Role:*
* *Part-time schedule*: 2 days per week
* Fully trained support staff and state-of-the-art technology
* Established patient base with strong community reputation
* Opportunity to focus solely on patient care – no administrative responsibilities

*Responsibilities:*
* Provide comprehensive pediatric dental services, including preventive, restorative, and interceptive care
* Diagnose and treat oral health issues specific to infants, children, and adolescents
* Educate patients and parents on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care
* Administer nitrous oxide and local anesthesia as needed
* Maintain accurate and timely patient records
* Collaborate with team members to create a positive, kid-friendly environment
* Stay current with best practices, continuing education, and state regulations
*Qualifications & Requirements:*
* DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
* Completion of a CODA-accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
* Active Oregon dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
* Current Oregon Nitrous Oxide Permit
* Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Dentistry
* CPR/BLS Certification (PALS preferred)
* Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in pediatric care
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to build trust with young patients and their families
* Team-oriented with a collaborative and growth-minded attitude
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $1,300.00 - $1,500.00 per day
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
