Customer Service Representative
who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing an outstanding client experience. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for our clients, helping to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring precise, timely, and accurate communication. Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and a solutions-driven mindset. Coordinate project details, timelines, and deliverables to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. Proactively anticipate client needs and provide updates throughout the production and installation processes. Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, project details, and service issues. Collaborate closely with the sales, design, production, and installation teams to support successful project execution. Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and streamline internal processes.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in customer service, account management, or project coordination is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems. Experience in printing, graphics, or advertising industries is a plus, but not required.
