What we're looking for in a Warehouse Forklift Operator To thrive as a Warehouse Forklift Operator at Riverside Logistics, you will need a blend of essential skills and experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with previous forklift or warehouse experience to ensure you are well-versed in the logistics environment. The ability to meet physical requirements is critical; you must be able to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that include bending and kneeling in a hot warehouse setting. Proficiency in safely operating material handling equipment is a must. Additionally, you should be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English effectively, allowing for seamless communication within our team. Your commitment to safety and efficiency will contribute significantly to our customer-focused culture and innovative logistics solutions.
