Responsibilities
Service Monitoring & Incident Response:
Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI), monitoring services for issues, alerting stakeholders, and coordinating restorations within SLA timeframes. Automation & Deployment:
Contribute to automating production and deployment processes for complex product features, ensuring functionality through testing in simulated environments. Compliance & Security:
Ensure adherence to security, privacy, safety, and accessibility standards, understanding the implications of onboarding new technologies. Best Practices & Performance:
Follow established best practices for product development, scaling, and performance to meet customer requirements. Communication & Collaboration:
Maintain communication with key partners across Microsoft, considering their goals to enhance user experience and meet partner needs. Telemetry & Monitoring:
Drive the integration of telemetry for system performance, reliability, and safety, and utilize this data to improve system design and operations. Continuous Learning:
Proactively seek new knowledge, adapt to emerging trends, and implement solutions to improve service availability, reliability, and efficiency.
