Administrative Assistant Ardmore, PA 40-60,000 Liberty Personnel is currently working with a boutique CPA firm providing tax and advisory services to local businesses and professionals, is seeking a motivated and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our accounting staff and partners. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow with the firm over time. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability, career development, and exposure to the accounting field. Key Responsibilities: Answer phones, greet visitors, and serve as the first point of contact for clients Organize and maintain electronic and paper files Scan, print, assemble, and mail tax returns and client correspondence Assist with data entry, appointment scheduling, and document management Prepare cover letters, simple spreadsheets, and basic correspondence Order office supplies and maintain organized work areas Provide general administrative support to Partners and accounting team as needed What We’re Looking For: Associate degree or some college a plus 0–2 years of office or clerical experience (internships or school office experience accepted) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic computer tasks Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic Working Conditions: This is an in-office position with some flexibility.
