Job Overview Package Handler – Paulsboro, NJ – OnTrac Location 1550 Imperial Way, Paulsboro, NJ 08066 Shift Tues‑Sat: 11:00 PM – 6:30 AM Sat‑Tue: 11:00 PM – 6:30 AM Mon‑Thu: 5:30 AM – 12:00 PM End of Sort is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean‑up activities, as directed by site management. Pay and Benefits Hourly Rate starting at $17.50 (weekly pay) Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Responsibilities Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes Load trucks for deliveries Be a safe, team‑player and support coworkers in achieving daily goals Required Skills Be on your feet for extended periods Dependable, flexible, and reliable Lift up to 75 lbs Work in temperature‑varying environments Wear gloves and work boots as recommended Referral Program Referral bonus reward of $500 year‑round (offered for all positions company‑wide). First $250 paid on the next paycheck after a 45‑day mark of the hire’s tenure. Second $250 paid on the next paycheck after a 90‑day mark of the hire’s tenure.
