This role ensures that shared spaces—such as clubhouses, restrooms, hallways, recreational areas, and other community amenities—meet established cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance standards for residents and guests. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, hallways, and common areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors Empty trash and recycling receptacles Move dumpsters to designated pickup areas and return them after service Ensure dumpsters are properly positioned and secured Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper Follow safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs Lock/unlock doors and secure facilities when required Mon-Fri 8am-4pm Pay Rate: Up to $17 DOE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE DELRAY BEACH AREA!
