As a Dedicated Flex Truck Driver, you will experience the stability of consistent customers while enjoying the variety of driving for multiple dedicated accounts. This position guarantees steady work each week, with a minimum pay of $1,400 weekly, and potential to earn more based on your performance and the routes you take.
What You Can Expect:
Competitive Pay:
Average earnings of $1,769 per week, approximately $92,000 per year. Guaranteed minimum of $1,400 per week for full availability. Starting pay of $0.68 per mile.
Additional Earnings:
Pay for stops and loading/unloading (available on select accounts). Detention, breakdown, and layover pay as applicable. Company-sponsored per diem program. Home Weekly: Drivers can take on two-week assignments with a 34-hour reset on the road, earning an extra $200 in per diem.
Work Schedule: Consistent weekly schedule with diverse routes depending on the account. Miles may vary based on the assignment. Job Requirements: Valid Class A CDL. Ability to adapt to different freight types and customer needs. Flexibility to assist with other operations as needed. Dedicated focus on customer service, working with one account at a time for at least one week. Benefits: Paid time off, including 8 paid holidays. Minimum age of 21 required. One year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years is mandatory. Must apply for tanker endorsement within 30 days of hire and obtain it within 90 days—reimbursement available upon receipt. No reckless driving convictions in the past 5 years. No DUI convictions in the past 5 years. No suspensions or revocations in the past 5 years. No serious violations within the last 12 months. No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years. No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years. Essential Functions: Load and unload freight (lift requirement: 80 lbs). Move freight (force requirement: 54 lbs). Open and close trailer doors (force requirement: 46 lbs). Count freight and complete related paperwork. Perform pre-trip inspections. Drive safely and responsibly. Maintain regular, predictable attendance. Enter/exit a commercial vehicle and trailer from ground level.
