Role And Responsibilities Assist with maintenance operations of multiple apartment communities. Data entry. Assist with Customer Service. Answer phones and prospect emails. Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income. Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation. High School Diploma/GED.
