This position is responsible for maintaining company records and bookkeeping related to real estate projects, vehicles, and other company assets. Position Summary: Assist with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks related to physical properties and company entities. Provide support for real estate projects, including scheduling with contractors and vendors, ordering services and utilities, submitting invoices for payment, purchasing office equipment and furniture, and preparing contracts for approval. Assist with coordination during escrow periods and support the launch of new business locations. Maintain an organized filing system for electronic corporate documents, including those related to real estate, vehicles, and other company assets. Learn and apply company processes to help ensure smooth operations and effective communication across departments. Maintain and update records for company insurance policies, bond policies, and business or operational licensing, under the guidance of senior staff. Arrange travel and prepare itineraries for off-site meetings, conferences, and trainings. Draft, format, and distribute corporate communications as directed. Qualifications Strong understanding of business operations, real estate and general financial/accounting concepts Ability to read and interpret contracts and agreements Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence Professional presence, discretion, and judgment — especially when working with senior leaders. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of directly relevant administrative experience required Previous experience in financial services, property management, or complex administrative roles preferred Why Choose Advanced IPM?
