Associa is looking for an Administrative Assistant located in Bedford, NH. The role involves working closely with clients and vendors and partnering with other Associa departments. Successful candidates will have strong customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple projects.

How you will make an impact
The Administrative Assistant assists the Association Manager(s) with day‑to‑day operations to maintain communications with the Board of Directors/Trustees, homeowners, and vendors. Key duties include:
Answering Owner/Tenant questions and requests using Association rules and regulations.
Assisting the receptionist by answering incoming calls and covering the switchboard during vacations or time off.
Producing reports, letters, general memos, etc. for Association Managers.
Sending necessary information to the Board of Directors/Trustees and owners.
Requirements
Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively with little supervision.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to develop and maintain record‑keeping systems and procedures.
Proficiency in computer use, preferably with a PC and Windows‑based operating environment.
