Entry Level Receptionist

Pridestaff is currently hiring an entry level receptionist for a cabinet company located in Romeoville, IL.

Shift: Monday - Friday

Hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM (with 1 hour lunch)

Pay: $18-$19/HR depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors via phone or in person
• Answer and refer all inquiries to the appropriate department
• Accompany customers through the showroom until a sales representative is available if needed.
• Assist general manager in gathering, researching, and analyzing data
• Perform routine office duties
• Backup other departments to include sales, marketing, and accounting
• Act as the point of contact between other departments to ensure continuity
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of prior experience in an assistant/administrative role
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks
• Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and have the ability to multi task
• Strong collaboration skills
• Bilingual is a plus
