Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
Responsibilities Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, as well as Epic staff.
Be the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and helping them save lives.
Involve in the training process from instructional design to development of training materials and scenarios you will deliver.
Work in tight-knit teams to design workflow-based training content, collaborate with organizations to develop their training, and contribute to projects to improve software usability.
Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or greater (any major)
Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred
A history of academic and professional success
Willingness to travel at least 6 times per year to customer locations
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
COVID-19 vaccination
