Strength & Conditioning Coach role at D1 TRAINING Location: Holly Springs, NC | Salary: $35,000.00–$65,000.00 Company Overview D1 is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up. Its mission is to provide the best fitness philosophy and facility, empowering athletes to reach their goals efficiently and consistently. D1 Coaches implement and instill the D1 training philosophy in every workout, adapting programs to each athlete’s needs and maintaining regular contact to monitor progress. Job Summary Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes. Maximize client retention through best‑in‑class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability. Modify and adapt movements that best suit each individual. Teach proper form and technique and keep athletes safe. Deliver accurate, industry‑leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition. Assess and align each member with the proper program. Build and maintain relationships with each D1 member. Start and finish workouts on time. Demonstrate passion, high energy, a positive attitude, strong character, and over‑the‑top customer service. Modify and adapt movements that best suit each individual. Reduce an athlete’s risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns. Qualifications Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification. At one valid certification accredited by the NCCA. Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning‑related experience in a group, team, or personal training setting. Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
