Receptionist

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role ensures smooth front desk operations and contributes to a professional and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms as needed.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support other departments with clerical duties when necessary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
