The Receptionist is responsible for answering the phones for a multi-line phone system and directing visitors/customers that come to the office. He/she will assist other branch personnel, including key managers, in various administrative roles.
This position has a salary range of $21.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
Job Qualifications High School diploma or GED; one to two years related experience and/or training is preferred
Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Puts forth a courteous, friendly, helpful attitude always when receiving office visitors, answering the phones, or dealing with other associates
Willing to pass a post‑office drug screen test and background check
Job Responsibilities Responsible for office reception functions including greeting customers, vendors, and associates
Provide general administrative support for managers and staff
Receive and distribute mail and respond to routine correspondence
Create, type, and distribute internal and external correspondence
Maintain several types of records
Complete special projects as required
Accomplish responsibilities as required using business software as approved by WSFP
Distribute and process AP invoices
Process AR deposits
Other duties as assigned
