divh2End-To-End Recruiter For Associate And Fully Licensed Therapists At NOCD/h2pAs an End-To-End Recruiter for Associate and Fully Licensed Therapists at NOCD, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented therapists who share our commitment to providing exceptional mental health care. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring a smooth transition to our team./ppIdeal candidates will be able to source candidates through various channels, be organized in their approach to plan/schedule interviews and create new pathways to find new viable applicants. To be successful in this role, you should be data-driven with an ability to develop robust candidate pipelines, build out long-term therapist recruitment sourcing strategies, nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our companys current and future hiring needs./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliCreate a robust sourcing strategy that supports the ability to hire 12-15+ therapists a month/liliMaintain weekly and monthly progress towards goals/liliCandidate Sourcing: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other creative methods. Candidates should also have experience in executing recruiting campaigns and events./liliExpectation is approximately 200-300 resumes monthly. Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified therapists for current and future hiring needs. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates./liliCandidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with NOCD./liliConduct initial phone screenings to evaluate their interest and suitability./liliInterviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess appropriate fit. Schedule and execute interviews assessments./liliSelection and Offer: Collaborate with hiring managers and clinical supervisors to make informed hiring decisions. Extend offers to selected candidates and facilitate the negotiation process./liliOnboarding: Collaborate with NOCD Training People Operations teams to ensure appropriate start date of applicants using internal processes / protocols./liliData Management: Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities in Rippling, our applicant tracking system (ATS), and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress. Leverage data to understand the effectiveness of recruiting model, with a focus on enhancing our candidate sourcing / selection process to ensure we have a diverse pipeline of candidates who will be successful here at NOCD. Track and manage candidate pipelines through NOCDs internal Applicant Tracking System./liliCompliance: Stay updated on licensing requirements, regulations, industry trends, and EEOC compliance requirements to ensure all candidates meet the necessary qualifications./liliCandidate Experience: Provide an excellent candidate experience by maintaining clear, consistent communication and acting as a point of contact throughout the recruitment process. Ensure personal and timely follow-up with interested candidates. Lead employer branding initiatives. Candidates should have a self-driven commitment to continuously evaluate the therapist market and adjust effort to attract top quality talent./liliThe ability to use various communication types - emails, phone calls and texts to make a positive initial impression with therapist candidates./liliProficiency with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g. Greenhouse, Indeed, LinkedIn, HireEZ, etc.)/lili1-3 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role/liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills./liliExcellent organizational and time-management abilities./liliFamiliarity with licensing requirements and regulations for therapists a plus/li/ulh3Compensation/h3ulliBase Salary: $60,000 $75,000 annually, depending on experience./liliBonus Potential: Performance-based hiring bonuses, with the opportunity to earn an additional 50%+ of base salary annually./li/ul/div
