HR Analyst
Ardian is seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Analyst to support the local HR Business Partner Manager in overseeing a wide range of HR functions across our Americas offices New York, San Francisco, Montreal, and Santiago. The candidate will join Ardian's global HR team, which includes 32 professionals worldwide: 27 based in Paris, 3 in London, 1 in Switzerland, and 1 in the Americas. Key responsibilities include:
HR Operations
- Support day-to-day HR operations across the entire employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and related administrative processes
- Manage the local mentoring program to support the integration and development of new hires
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance to track and monitor headcount and recruitment budgets throughout the year
- Analyze HR metrics and produce regular and ad-hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal HR policies
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, team events, and local training sessions
Campus Recruitment
- Design and implement creative, results-driven strategies to attract, engage, and hire high-potential early career talent
- Plan and execute on-campus and in-house recruitment events, ensuring a strong employer presence and candidate experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for university career services and manage key institutional relationships
- Support sourcing, screening, and other recruitment activities in alignment with business needs
Workday Administration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for processing and managing local tasks in Workday
- Partner with the Workday HR team to report system issues, request enhancements, and support testing and upgrades
- Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing and enhancing Workday functionality
- Serve as a key resource for local employees by addressing Workday-related inquiries and providing guidance on system use
Required Qualities / Profile
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 02 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Team player with a strong work ethic, high integrity, and a willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with international teams and across diverse cultures
