Great team atmosphere. Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm. No weekends. Job Summary The Waste Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient operations of the medical waste destruction equipment according to standard operating procedures and government rules and regulations. Review work throughout the work process and at completion to ensure that it has been performed properly. Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify operators of any malfunctions. Maintain a safe working environment by monitoring safety procedures and equipment. Follows all additional standard operating procedures as defined. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Forklift Certificate preferred.
