We’re searching for a dedicated Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our growing operations. Hobby Lobby Distribution is responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise to all of Hobby Lobby’s 1050+ retail stores around the country. The Distribution Center covers 12 buildings in over 12 million square feet, featuring 44+ miles of conveyor systems, automated picking and retrieval systems, 1,100+ pieces of transport equipment, and cutting‑edge industrial machinery. Shift Options & Pay $20.90 per hour – Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with occasional Saturdays Opportunity to earn a higher rate after just 90 days! What You’ll Do Perform routine preventive maintenance on industrial equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Execute repairs on cardboard balers, trash compactors, and fabric rolling machines. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. Job Description - Requirements Proven experience in industrial maintenance. Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with cardboard balers, trash compactors, and fabric rolling machines is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
