Primary Responsibilities Perform general construction labor, including jobsite clean-up and moving materials by hand. Operate motorized equipment such as power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts. Work requires alertness, good balance, and physical strength. Assist in pouring vertical concrete. Install reshores according to instructions. Work during inclement weather, which may include exposure to extreme cold and heat, noise, and dust from construction activities depending on the site. Minimum Qualifications Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds of material; with assistance, up to 90 pounds. Regularly walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb. Use hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts. Possess a 10-Hour OSHA Card. Preferred Experience Preference for candidates with at least 6 months of formwork/concrete construction labor experience that meets or exceeds performance expectations. 30-Hour OSHA Card is desired.
