11 Bridge St, Lambertville, NJ 08530, USA Job Description Posted Friday, November 21, 2025 at 5:00 AM Job Summary: The Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn , a member of Genesis Hospitality , is a high-volume restaurant, seeking experienced and team-oriented candidates for the Full-Time Host position. We are looking for outgoing, energetic individuals to greet and seat our guests here at the restaurant. We offer a flexible schedule with daytime/nighttime hours and weekend hours. An ideal candidate will be a team player willing to work a flexible schedule. But above all make sure the guest enjoys their time at the Lambertville Station Restaurant! Responsibilities: Welcome guests to the venue Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists Manage reservations Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas Maintain a clean reception area Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options Greet customers upon their departure Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress’s name Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g., children, elderly) Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries Assist wait staff as needed Requirements: High degree of service orientation, positive attitude and ability to multitask. Able to work independently as well as work as part of a team. Candidate must be dependable and reliable. Ability to work under pressure and high-paced work environment. Physical Demands The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. Requires moderate physical efforts: standing, carrying, bending, stretching, stooping, pulling and pushing, lifting of weights up to 50 pounds.
