This position is located in New York, NY . Details for the position are as follows: Contract of 3 months, with potential extensions and/or conversion. Pay rate is $26/hr. Job Description Studio Operations Support: Provide essential on-the-ground support for a dynamic studio environment, assisting with multiple diverse shoots happening concurrently. This includes actively engaging with each production, addressing immediate needs, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations across all simultaneous projects. Equipment Management & Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all studio equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition for client use. Coordinate repairs and upgrades as needed and maintain accurate inventory records. Train clients on proper equipment usage and studio protocols. Studio Operations & Logistics: Manage day-to-day studio operations, including booking cleaning services, managing supplies inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized studio environment. Implement and enforce studio policies and procedures. Qualifications Knowledge of Excel, experience with calendar management, or prior studio experience would be a great asset to this role. Bachelor's degree in a related field (Film, Television, Production, Communications, or similar) preferred. Proven experience in studio or a related field within the media production industry. An understanding of production workflows, equipment must, and terminology is preferred. Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
