Production Worker / Machine Operator
Pay: $20+ per hour to start Shifts: All shifts available Location: Hatfield, PA
We are hiring for a production role with growth into a skilled machine operator position. This facility offers long-term career paths, hands-on learning, and cross-training across production areas.
Responsibilities
- Support daily production tasks and learn machine operator duties
- Operate and monitor production equipment as a developing machine operator
- Follow production instructions and safety procedures
- Move raw materials and finished products within the production area
- Clean equipment and maintain a safe production workspace
- Complete production logs and basic documentation
- Assist senior machine operator team members and report issues
Requirements
- 1+ year manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in machine operator work
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physical production environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
