We are building a Sales Performance OS—a new category of sales‑tech that gives enterprise sales orgs an unfair advantage by observing, measuring, and scaling top‑performer behaviors. Within five years, every sales org will run on a system like this.
We just closed a $15 M Series A and have earned 1 M+ in new ARR for two months in a row. We’re scaling from 15 to 30+ teammates this year, and you’ll be joining right before liftoff. As an early engineer, you’ll have massive ownership over architecture, performance, and product direction, shaping a platform that will set the standard for the industry.
Base pay: $190,000 – $225,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy applications across frontend and backend using Next.js / React, Node.js / NestJS REST APIs, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and TypeScript.
Implement responsive, dynamic features with Next.js / React, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.
Integrate our Python FastAPI server with ML workflows into the main application.
Collaborate with the team—review code and plan new features.
Ensure performance, scalability, and efficiency of the application and database.
Support AWS infrastructure, deployment strategies, and CI / CD pipelines.
Gather early user feedback and iterate quickly based on insights.
Write clear documentation for code, systems, and processes.
Qualifications
Ability to work in‑person in San Francisco, five days a week.
Hungry to be an early engineer at a high‑growth startup and willing to grind.
Strong knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript across the full stack.
Some experience with Python (our ML server is in Python).
Proficiency with AWS services and cloud infrastructure management.
Capability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in AI, SaaS, or sales‑related products is a plus.
