We are looking for a talented commercial lawyer to fill the position of Corporate Counsel. At eero, we have a motto: to make wifi that just works. You’ll help us by working directly with the business to negotiate complex transactions that grow our business and help us scale.

This Corporate Counsel will work directly with eero’s Sales and Business Development to support their activities globally. They will also assist with key third‑party vendor negotiations to help the eero business continue to scale.

In this role, you will draft and negotiate customer agreements for the sale of eero’s hardware and software services. You will provide guidance to eero’s partner success team on ongoing contractual arrangements. Additionally, you will lead key negotiations with strategic third‑party vendors that support the growth of eero’s business. Along the way, you will develop risk‑adjusted strategies for using generative AI tools to scale eero's sales and business development teams and equip them with flexibility and freedom to move quickly.

The successful candidate will be proactive, entrepreneurial, enjoy being challenged, have strong drafting and oral communication skills, and demonstrate sound, pragmatic judgment in ambiguous situations.

The attorney in this position will be based at eero’s headquarters in San Francisco, CA. Some travel, domestic and international, will be required.

Key Job Responsibilities Your duties will include:

End‑to‑end ownership of the negotiation of contracts for the sale of eero's hardware products and SaaS.

Providing day‑to‑day advice on contractual issues posed by eero's partner success team.

Leading negotiations with eero's strategic third‑party vendors.

The successful candidate will be inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, enjoy thinking about problems of scale and how AI can solve them, and will demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations.

About the Team The eero legal team is part of Amazon Legal (Lab126), and we work alongside a diverse and expert team of business development, engineering, marketing, product, and international expansion professionals that are working on some of the most interesting legal challenges in tech. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent

5+ years of legal experience

Experience in transactional and technology licensing or equivalent

Experience of a mix of corporate law firm and in‑house work

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in consumer electronics or technology sector

Can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks

Demonstrated sense of ownership and commitment to driving matters to conclusion.
