Piper Maddox is exclusively partnered with a leading renewable fuels producer operating across ethanol, RNG, SAF, and biodiesel.
The CFO will play a critical role as a member of the executive leadership team, owning the company’s financial strategy, capital deployment, and long‑term financial positioning. This leader will guide the organization through an exciting growth phase heading into 2026 and beyond, ensuring operational discipline, strategic financial planning, and high‑impact decision‑making.
What You’ll Lead
Financial strategy, capital planning, and long‑term corporate modeling
Oversight of budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and treasury
Investor relations, board reporting, and corporate governance
Strategic leadership as part of a dynamic, mission‑driven executive team
Proven experience as CFO or senior financial executive within a publicly traded company
Direct industry experience in renewable fuels, oil & gas, or related infrastructure sectors
Strong background in project finance, capital markets, and investor engagement
Expertise in carbon programs, tax credits, and government‑guaranteed loan programs
Experience managing complex debt and equity stack within a multi‑entity corporate structure
Excellent strategic, analytical, and leadership skills with the ability to manage both day‑to‑day financial operations and long‑term financial strategy
