Position Overview
We are seeking passionate and experienced
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
to provide
home and clinic-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services
for children with
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) , developmental disabilities, and language delays.

Key Responsibilities Design and implement
individualized treatment plans
and behavioral support strategies Develop new ABA programs and adjust existing programs based on client progress Collaborate with
directors, parents, and support networks
to review and improve case outcomes Provide
training, supervision, and support
to therapists and clinicians Maintain a
caseload of billable hours
while fulfilling supervisory responsibilities Communicate with
funding sources
regarding authorizations, reports, and client progress Ensure compliance with ABA best practices, organizational policies, and ethical standards Coordinate schedules and respond to
changing client needs
Required Qualifications BCBA certification
or
Master’s degree with ABA coursework Strong knowledge of
ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) Valid
driver’s license
and insured, reliable transportation Excellent
leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in spoken and written English Bilingual / Multilingual skills are a plus and may qualify for
higher base pay Ability to step into
higher-level management functions
when needed
