Provide specialized nursing care focused on medical-surgical and oncology patients in a dynamic hospital setting located in Oroville, CA. This contract position offers an opportunity to work with inpatient acute oncology cases including IV chemotherapy administration, requiring a high level of expertise and certification. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care to oncology patients, administering chemotherapy and managing acute inpatient needs Monitor patient status and respond to changes promptly in collaboration with healthcare teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EPIC charting system Float as needed to other medical-surgical units to support staffing needs Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license Valid BLS and ACLS certification Certification in Oncology Nursing (ONC) or Chemotherapy administration Proven experience in inpatient acute oncology and IV chemotherapy in a hospital setting Experience with EPIC electronic medical records strongly preferred Flexibility to float between oncology and med/surg units Location Overview:Oroville, CA, is known for its scenic beauty and welcoming community.
