Provide expert nursing care in a medical-surgical setting under the guidance of the Nurse Manager to support optimal patient outcomes. This contract position involves comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, evaluating patient progress, and supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough nursing assessments and document findings accurately. Develop and implement patient-specific care plans using the Nursing Process. Monitor patient responses and update care plans accordingly. Direct and oversee unit staff in delivering patient care as per established plans. Perform additional duties as assigned to support unit operations. Desired Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with Medical-Surgical experience. Strong clinical judgment and effective communication skills. Ability to lead and delegate tasks to nursing team members efficiently.
