Short Description

The

Director, Physician and APP Alignment

will serve as a central system level leader across physician/provider lifecycle including onboarding/orientation, engagement activities, oversight of the process for leadership goals/objectives and quality/service incentives (~$80MM), practice leadership evaluations including chair reviews, and communication planning.

This role will manage projects as assigned and serve as a liaison with the institutes, enterprise analytics, pillar champions, organizational development, IT, credentials committee and other corporate areas to streamline practice related processes resulting in increased productivity, quality, and engagement.

Overview

The

Director, Physician and APP Alignment

will:

Oversee and manage process of physician leadership incentives ~$10MM and Physician/APP quality/service incentive process ~70MM.

This includes ensuring metric selection and thresholds are completed, QA on submitted data and developing processes for data integrity and workflows from goal setting to accounting payout Support physician and APP engagement by supporting and developing content and events such as the physician summit, holiday and graduation process oversight for funding, and focused educational activities such as LDI and quarterly CME Central oversight and support to the institutes for standardization and coordination of physician and APP onboarding to ensure smooth pre-employment steps are efficient including timely epic access and badges etc. Support communications from the CPE and CMO team related to special events, new hires, and other important communications Ensure smooth, coordinated, transition for trainees to faculty employment Oversee Chief/Chair/Center/Institute lead review and contract process Provide project management for special projects as assigned Own and coordinate UME and GME healthcare administrative elective Support programs and projects related to the CPE

Experience Required

Bachelor's degree required Master's degree preferred Business, healthcare administration, or operations management preferred

Education Requirements

3-5 years' experience leading, optimizing, and growing complex healthcare projects.
