Job Summary: The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the Company, providing professional and courteous support to visitors, clients, applicants, and employees. This role is responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls, directing inquiries appropriately, and performing a variety of administrative and clerical duties to support multiple divisions. The Receptionist also oversees tracking of key documents and deliveries, assists with office projects, maintains break room supplies, and provides backup support to the mailroom as needed. This position operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities :
Answer and direct 50-100 calls a day on the Ring Central platform
Filter questions and direct caller to the appropriate individual by asking a series of questions and using reference guides
Greet Visitors and Vendors
Greet Applicants and provide them with appropriate pre-employment documents
Tracking of paperwork - Deliveries, Payroll pick-up, Temporary Badges, and Rental Equipment
Provide support help to other divisions by assisting with a variety of tasks such as folding/stuffing projects, labeling, creating welcome signs, etc.
Stocking and ordering the break room supplies
A backup to the mailroom, when they are out of the office
Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Educational Qualifications :
High School Degree
Requirements:
Professional presentation
Excellent telephone skills and etiquette

Warm outgoing personality
1 year experience preferred
