Joining H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist means you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future. You will build client relationships and help clients make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money. Responsibilities Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner. Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs. Schedule clients according to their preferences. Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with the team. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations. Sales/marketing experience (preferred). What you’ll bring to the team Experience working in a fast‑paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service environment. Ability to multi‑task. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office.
